Anything to declare? Don't fly to Peru (or Miami) on American Airlines.
Our first day in Peru - almost!
From American Airlines:
Please accept my apology for the difficulties you
encountered when you traveled with us and your
flight canceled from Charlotte on June 6. From
your description of what happened it certainly
sounds as if the entire experience was aggravating
and uncomfortable. I am truly sorry we didn't provide the
level of service you expect and deserve.
I further regret the additional problems you described
including baggage problems. I know it was disappointing
not to locate your baggage right away and then to
discover that your belongings were damaged...
Our position in no way suggests that we are insensitive
to what happened...
